Leading and Managing Major, Complex, Multi-Disciplined Projects
All the above projects, except the Channel Tunnel project, were major, complex and
multi-disciplinary and were led by Chris Stratford, HPC Director and Founder.
Project director has overall control of a project covering technical quality and the work
programme and is the main link with the client body. Leading and managing major, complex
multi-disciplinary projects is a feature of the last 20 years of his project experience.
